NO REFUNDS OR EXHANGES. The undersigned Purchaser agrees to buy and the above seller agrees to sell the property described on the terms and conditions set forth herin.
If payment is made in a form other than cash in full, delivery of title to the merchandise is subject to receipt of cash by seller. All property listed above remains the property of seller until paid in full. In the event of default of payment of purchase price, the purcahser agrees to permit the reposession of property by the seller and to pay all costs of such action, including attorney's fees pursuant to the applicable statues.
Delivery money will always be collected by the driver and never included in the Sales total. Purchaser has read and understands both sides of invoice.
Delivery & Availability
Availability of product for delivery or store pick up varies from product to product .Some items are in stock and ready for immediate delivery/pick-up. Some items are brought in from the Manufacturer’s Warehouses as they are sold. Most lead times are from 9-15 days on average though occasionally a back ordered item can take up to several weeks. Lead times are only given as estimates as there are elements beyond the stores ability to control.
